1. What Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to provide our services, improve user experience, and communicate with you.
Google sign-in and member accounts
When you choose Google sign-in, ShopXN receives your verified email and unique Google account identifier to create and recognize your account. We do not request access to Gmail messages. We retain registration and latest login times, company and website details you provide, requests and replies. Registration context includes browser User-Agent, language, browser-reported timezone and device type. Where a trusted signal is available, we retain an approximate network country, not nationality; we do not store raw IP addresses for this purpose. Registration and project requests notify the site operator and may include your email and registration context. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Account data is used for account administration, service communication and security. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, subject to verifying account ownership. You can revoke ShopXN access in your Google account; revocation does not automatically delete existing member and service records.
